Whats on this March

How is it March already? It feels like the year has only just begun, yet spring is slowly starting to arrive. After a few very rainy months (and plenty of muddy walks), it’s a welcome change to see daffodils and snowdrops popping up across our towns and villages. The sun has even made one or two appearances recently which is hopefully a sign of brighter days ahead!

March is also a special month for celebrating the important people in our lives. Mother’s Day gives us the chance to recognise all the wonderful mums and mum figures who do so much for us. And of course, there’s World Book Day, always a highlight for local families, as children head to school dressed as their favourite book characters.
