Did you know that 1 in 6 children and young people are suffering mental health challenges?

Sport in Mind now offers a dedicated after school programme designed specifically to support them through sport and physical activity.

Young people are invited or can be referred to join Sport in Mind sessions after school to get active and have fun with others in a relaxed, supportive, friendly environment.

They will play multi-skills games and enjoy a range of confidence-building activities based on the central Sport in Mind themes: communication, heart rate, breathing and focus.

While improving their sporting ability, they will also be learning lots of ways to take care of themselves physically and mentally and building emotional resilience. There will be a maximum of 10-12  places available per session.
