Amber is a lifestyle photographer who specialises in newborn and family sessions.

“I document natural, authentic moments of you and your family in the comfort of your home or in the beautiful outdoors all around us. I am a trained paediatric nurse with a lifelong passion for photography and once my children were school aged, I decided to turn my hobby into a career. I took many photography courses that focused on family photography in order to capture the best images of your family.

When you choose me as your newborn photographer, we will have a conversation about any special images you are hoping we will capture. On the day of the session, we will be led by you and your baby (and older children if you have any) and I will document all those fleeting moments you don’t want to forget such as feeding, changing, and cuddles. There will also be time to get images of your new addition on their own, making sure to notice all their tiny features.

At family sessions, I take the time to make everyone feel comfortable to ensure we capture the most natural images we can. We will play, tell jokes, hug, hold hands, and have a great time making memories. My goal at every session is to capture images that you look back on and smile, remembering those moments in your life.
